- Variable ground conditions.
- Long term construction monitoring.
- Stormwater control.
Challenges met:
- EDC collaboration minimised issues due to environmental conditions.
- Identified variable ground to reduce risk of delays.
- Continuous monitoring undertaken during the construction period.
- Open approach with Whakatane DC and public whilst respecting privacy.
