On a cloudy Auckland day the employee’s of EDC gathered to celebrate the up and coming holiday season. They donned jump suits and hard hats to inspect the Harbour Bridge where two of their colleagues were given the opportunity to jump off! Via the bungy experience of course. Delane from the Christchurch office and Deverani from the Auckland office were the lucky ones to have their names pulled from the hat and were brave enough to say “Yes”. Without so much as a scream they were soon dangling upside down over the icy waters of the Waitemata Harbour before being hulled upright to join their colleagues on the bridge climb.
After an exhilarating walk with striking views of the Auckland skyline the teams celebrated with a glass or two and a lovely meal at Marvel in Wynyard Quarter, before the younger ones hit the night spots of Queens Street.
Those awake enough met in Takapuna for breakfast at the beach before the Christchurch team returned safely home.
