Fire Engineer
Auckland
BE(Civil) CPEng

Tony has been practicing fire engineering since 2006, achieving CPEng status in 2015. Tony has built a wealth of experience, having used specific design and acceptable solutions to provide the fire safety solutions for a range of projects, including hotels, stadiums, educational campuses, aged care facilities, apartments and malls.

Tony has a passion for using his skills in specific fire design and passive fire protection, on new and existing buildings, to ensure that fire stopping is done right, first time. This includes fire modelling, using existing and new technologies in designs, robust design review, fire safety documentation, thorough inspections during construction, planning effectively and engaging people skills to bring about successful implementation. Tony’s eye for detail is particularly useful in ensuring concealed issues are investigated and then the best practical solutions explored to ensure building compliance is achieved on time and on budget.
