Unauthorised works

In addition to our work on new homes and renovations, we provide a service to help ease the way through investigations for the code of acceptance/council certification of acceptance/safe and sanitary process for owners with homes affected by unauthorised works (i.e. works carried out without appropriate council consents).

These issues often come to light when properties are on the market and prospective purchasers are making their inquiries before completing a sale. In these instances, timing is crucial. We can provide you with a prompt and reliable service, backed up by our extensive engineering knowledge and council experience.
